Kids, I am so stuffed. Tonight we met up with our friends Chris and Alby, whom you've read about many times before, and we had a wonderful dinner at Saffron (whose light fixtures are featured above). We were really excited to catch up with these two because they just bought a second home in Palm Springs... and man, have I been tryin' to get Jamie to go to Palm Springs for awhile. A) It's in the desert, which would be AWESOME in February and B) it is supposed to have amazing architecture and C) Did I mention the desert in February?Anyway, we heard all about their new home and furnishings and all the great things around the town while having another delicious meal at Saffron. Really people, don't let the lamb brains freak you out. The normal stuff on the menu is amazing (and I suspect the lamb brains are fabulous as well... if that's what you're into).And now I need to stop blogging so I can go research airfare to Palm Springs. This is my year, I can feel it.
