Tonight was Matt and Kim at First Avenue! Yes. I skipped Arcade Fire -- sue me. I have seen them three times (and loved every show), but I have a really hard time getting into bands when the venues get that big (and the sound that difficult). I prefer more intimate shows.Plus? My buddy Will was in town with Matt and Kim, and I wanted to catch up with him as well. Anyway, the show was super fun and the crowd was all born after 2000. OK, I'm exaggerating... but that's what it felt like. Also, Ms. Meredith let me drag her out, and we had a lot of fun. So good times all around! Maybe I'll get to hear about Arcade Fire tomorrow.
