Today Jamie and I headed over to St. Paul for the Northern Grade men's market. Northern Grade is this cool event that happens 2-3 times a year. It's where all these über hip men's retailers get together and hold a shopping event for the dudes. The location always changes and it's like a Hipster Reunion for the ages. They do have great stuff though, I have to admit.The guy in this photo is Mustache Mike, and he runs Midwest Mercantile which sells vintage clothes aimed at men. I got Jamie a lovely tie there today for his Valentine's Day gift. Don't worry, he picked it out -- I'm not ruining any big surprise here.
