Can you believe I did it? A photo every single day of 2009. We ended the year last night with several stops, Mark Mallman at the Varsity being the last. Mallman has some sort of stunt each year at his New Year's show, and this year it was a keyboard solo while hanging upside down from the ceiling. He must have been like this for a few minutes -- I think I would have passed out. That man is a serious performer. You can see more shots from the show right here.Anyway, it was a fun night full of spectacular people watching, delicious food and even a minor celebrity sighting. And Jamie and I both had drunk college girls throwing themselves at us. Yes, you read that right. And yes, it was highly entertaining.Some of you have been asking me if my photo project will continue into 2010, and indeed it will. I'm going to be a little more lax about things though. I'll still post every day, but full concert spreads might take a day or two to get up instead of that night. And there might be more iPhone shots. But this has been far too fun to stop.I hope you all had a fantastic night, and here's to a restful day today. Cheers!
