So tonight was my monthly dinner with Nyberg. We've been doing this now for about 15 months, and tonight we went to Om downtown. It was *amazing*. We decided our top 3 restaurants have been (in no particular order) Om, Ngon Vietnamese Bistro and Anchor Fish and Chips. If you are looking for a place to eat in the Twin Cities, all of these are magnificent. Fresh local ingredients and many vegetarian options. In this photo is the dessert we split: Cardamom spiced doughnut holes served with pistachio ice cream. And this was our least favorite part of the meal. So what does THAT tell you?
