Some days you go to work and are slammed all day long and then you escape and have drinks and dinner with your good friend Meredith before going to the mall and getting an AMAZING new shoulder massage machine from Brookstone (oh man, did I need that) before coming home and watching "About a Boy" and getting the newly acquired shoulder massage.
