You guys.... Oh you guys. I am such a happy girl! I left a snowstorm in Minneapolis and arrived to 80 degrees and sunshine in Austin where I shed my jacket, checked into my hotel, saw my man for the first time in a few days, registered for the convention, ate an amazing meal and then got to see Macklemore perform. SUCH A HAPPY GIRL.Now, I'm gonna be honest. Macklemore was by far the best thing I saw today. Since we didn't officially hit the music until 8 pm, we only caught six bands today (only!), but some of them were... not my cup of tea. I will say that if you're at the festival and you like swedish pop music (or if you are my friend Margaret), you should check out Icona Pop. I thought those girls were fun.
