This is the Witch Hat water tower in Minneapolis. It's only open one day each year for people to climb to the top and take in the views of the city. So there was a bit of a line (as you can see), and it took us about 45 minutes to get up to the top. After we took in the views, we went to Izzy's and had wonderful ice cream. Yum!
