Oh you guys, I had so much fun at First Avenue tonight! So much, in fact, that we are skipping Monday with Magda (it will be brought to you later this week... maybe Thursday) to look at CHVRCHES, who blew me away again tonight. This was the third time I had seen them since March, and they totally owned that First Avenue stage. And you know what else? They sold out the club. And their album hasn't even been released yet. And you know what else? They covered a Prince song for the encore. Dang I love these Scottish kids!Trust me when I tell you you're gonna like their music, especially if you like Poliça or Beach House or Tanlines.For your internet share of the day, you can either go look at the rest of these CHVRCHES photos (such pretty light!) or you can go read what prison inmates who have been incarcerated since the early 90s think about the Internet and what they imagine it is since they've never been allowed on.
