This is Yelawolf. Yeah, I hadn't heard of him a few days ago either, but apparently he's all the rage with 20-year-old white boys who love hip-hop. And the girls who love the boys who love the hip-hop. He had a lot of great energy on stage, and he is madly articulate in his rapping (I know, hilarious that *I'm* gonna talk about rap skillz), but this guy has nothing on Doomtree, in my opinion. However, it was still fun to watch him perform. This show was sold out tonight at First Ave, and it was so hot and humid in that club that I could feel my hair expanding. Seriously.I didn't stay for the whole show, just long enough to get some shots (roughly eight songs). I'm still recovering from my cold/plague (no more shows until Saturday) so I need to take it a *little* easy. If you want to see more shots of this guy and his fans, they are over here.
