family photos

Today I had a shoot with my buddy Kim at Lark Nest Design. She's putting up a bunch of photos of her interior design work on her site, and she needed fresh pictures. One of my favorite touches today was this wall of family photos. All of them (some very old, some recent) were printed black and white and then framed in a variety of similar frames and placed on shelves in a hallway. It looked so classy, and I really wanted to just examine the photos (and the history) for a while. Displaying photos in your house can be tough and overwhelming (I should know), so it was nice to see it done so well!And just as an aside, how handsome is a man in uniform?!
