This was the extent of Merlin's day, and who can blame him with all this snow on the ground and temperatures in the single digits? I try to pride myself on getting out there and not letting the weather keep me in, but this first foot of snow does make me want to hibernate. I made it out of the house for one meeting today, and then I tacked on a touch of Christmas shopping since I figured the mall would be dead (excellent prediction, by the way). Otherwise I spent the day at my desk with the dogs napping beside me. And ate chicken soup. And drank tea. I do love this season...
