Remember Ellis? Yeah, he's growing up. And offering me forbidden fruit, apparently! He and his brother Theron were in the office today with their mom, and it was fun to have a quick break and take their photos. The rest of the day was spent at my desk busting ass on deadline, then getting home from work after 9 p.m., scarfing down some dinner, and packing up for our trip tomorrow.To what exotic location are we traveling to tomorrow, you ask? Why, Wichita, of course. Yeah, I'll try to snap some photos of pro-Jesus and anti-Obama signs for y'all. It shouldn't be too hard. But I'll also get a photo of my awesome 90-year-old grandmother. She loves her wine, music and basketball. You can see why I adore her.
