moonlight drive

It was my first day back at work in more than a week, and I thought ending the day with a good yoga class would be smart. And man, was I right. I took Mere (who hadn't practiced in a very long time) to a TaraNa -- this studio in South Minneapolis that I keep hearing great things about, but that I had not visited.Wow, was this a wonderful idea. Not only was the studio fantastic, but we were the only two in class, which is a rarity for sure. So we ended up with a fabulous private lesson full of adjustments from the wonderful Jeffrey.After class, I took the long drive home around the lake with all the windows down enjoying the breeze, Sigur Ros and the moonlight. Perfect end to the day.
