Nan, Catherine and I drove up to the cabin today and spent the afternoon on the dock, which was lovely. Around sunset, we decided to take a canoe trip to the beaver dams. The water was so nice and still, and the ladies paddled so that I could get some photos. We saw so much wildlife on this outing, and I was so mad that I forgot my zoom lens back in Minneapolis. Otherwise I could show you some Herons, a 6-point buck and a massively fat beaver. It was a beautiful night.
