quiet day in

Today was glorious. In fact, as I write this (at 10:42 pm) I am still in my pajamas. I never even bothered to get dressed all day -- and that my friends is the equation for a perfect winter Sunday.Today I worked a little, caught up on a bunch of trashy television, read the paper, helped cook a nice Sunday dinner, built a fire and lost a game of Scrabble. By three points.Jamie and I have gotten to where we love playing Words with Friends or Word Scramble on our iPhones -- even against each other. So we thought we'd take it old school and play the actual board game tonight by the fire. It was a really nice break from the computer screen... even though I lost. By three points.
