Today was one of our favorite days of the year: Record Store Day! For those of you who are unfamiliar, many labels put out exclusives or special editions in very limited quantities to sell at independent record stores across the nation. The stores, expecting a larger-than-usual turnout, have live music all day, along with food options and other fun activities.This photo was taken at Treehouse Records in Minneapolis. I dream of having a room full of walls of records like this. Or books. I'm not sure what it is, but that aesthetic and texture is very comforting to me.
