another winter walk

Yesterday it was 12 degrees, and the snow was falling like a snow globe so of course I messaged a friend about taking a walk in the woods. I just can't help myself.The good news was that it was quiet and peaceful and beautiful. The bad news is that I slipped and fell (I'm ok) and my lens caught the brunt of it. I shot these after the fall, so I think all is ok with the gear, but it does have a ding to show for it. And it's a brand new lens.
