good for the soul

Yesterday, my buddy Nyberg and I headed up to the north shore -- further north than I've been in about a decade. And you guys? It was so worth it. The fall colors were amazing (as was the company) and we had a blast. We also had an amazing lunch at our favorite restaurant, and then we took two hikes through state parks to see the views. I'd say we picked the right spots, eh? But I would be lying if I said we weren't beat from all the hiking and fresh air. We're gonna head to bed early with the windows open listening to the waves of Lake Superior rolling in. After we head out to look at the starts, of course.No internet shares today. I'm too busy enjoying nature. Get out there! It's fabulous!
