Heaven on earth

Several times today I thought about how my version of heaven might just be similar to SXSW. I could just wander from club to club, stumble into amazing music, meet friends in person that I previously only knew online, meet new friends who are just as passionate about music and photography as I am, and all the while being served free food and drink.Now, if I *were* in heaven, my feet would not hurt and I would be fully rested. And there would be fewer people. But otherwise, I'm pretty much there.If you want more details on what I thought about the shows on Thursday, you can read my thoughts over on vita.mn. Otherwise, I'm just gonna say that I had a great time seeing The Delta Spirit (above) and my face hurt from smiling after Man or Astroman (those photos are in this batch). They created both fire and lightning on stage tonight. AWESOME.
