morning shovel

Yesterday it was snowing and then sleeting and then raining. Then when I woke up today and it had started snowing again (and it was wet and sticky and HEAVY). Since I needed to get to campus by 7:45 am, I was up and shoveling before the sun was up, and man I had that driveway cleared AND my sidewalk AND the neighbor's sidewalk by 6:30 a.m. *flex*I will say, the snow was so pretty and quiet and even though it was early and I was kinda grumpy due to a terrible night of sleep (and my aching back due to the heavy snow), this peaceful morning made me happy. Guess I'm living in the right part of the country, eh?
