For Christmas, I got Jamie tickets to see Tame Impala as one of his stocking stuffers, and finally tonight was the night. The show was sold out and it was steamy and hot inside the club despite the heavy snowfall outside.These guys are from Australia, and they opted to go barefoot on stage, if that tells you either how hot it was or how little this man cares about personal hygiene. Anyway, I really like their album, but I thought they were a touch dull live. Don't get me wrong, it sounded fantastic, it's just that after five songs I felt as if I had seen everything they had to offer in terms of performance.You can see a full set of the photos from this show over here.
