Tonight I disregarded my better judgment and headed out to see some live music. I know, I know... I've been fighting off this cold forever and I should stay in and rest. But my GOD it's so boring. I just needed to get back out amongst the living, and there were two bands I wanted to catch tonight. So yeah, wisdom be damned.The two acts playing at the Entry tonight were The Love Language and Telekinesis. This was my third time seeing The Love Language, and by far the best. It's so great to watch a group gel over time, and man were these kids having fun on stage. And so was the crowd. Then came Telekinesis, whose album is in heavy rotation these days at my desk. They were fantastic as well, and there was tons of hilarious on-stage banter (which we all know I adore) as well as really great music. So see? I'm glad I went out.
