i've got the power

Check out the original electrical system to our house! This was hidden behind the walls in our bathroom. I love exploring under the floors and behind the walls each night after work -- it's like an archaeological dig. You know what else they found today? A laundry shoot! The bad news is that we can't keep it. The good news is that we can use the shoot to house the new drain pipes for the bathtub and it will be a much easier job.Yay!The rest of my day was filled with work. We've got some fun projects coming up at vita.mn, so it's not bad work, but it's crazy busy. It's tough to be part time there when I have full-time ambitions. So I worked a little late and came home to have leftover meatballs for dinner while watching the end of Sixteen Candles on TV. Oh Jake Ryan, you're still a cutie.
