Today I visited the new Star Tribune building (if you remember, they moved out of the old one a few weeks back) and you guys, it totally reminded me of SCD&P (of Mad Men fame)! It's super slick and full of natural light and it even has the big glass staircases throughout (which this photo was shot from). I cannot be happier for my friends at the paper and where they ended up. Many newspapers have moved out of downtowns into large, windowless buildings in the far reaches of the suburbs, and this is the exact opposite of that.
