This is Natalie and Meredith. You've seen Mere around before, but I think this might be Nat's first appearance on Shuttersmack. Actually, one of my favorite photos was taken at her art opening a few years back though, so that sorta counts, right?Anyway! Natalie is leaving Minneapolis and moving to Kansas City soon for a music journalism job (go Natalie!) and tonight a few of us gathered to help her drink all of her very expensive wine so she wouldn't have to move it. Now let me just say that I like Nat a lot and I would have come to the dinner no matter what. But throw in wine this good? I'll come and say goodbye to strangers!Anyway, it turned out that everyone there was a lady except for our dear friend Reed, who was a complete sport and put up with the lady talk like a champ. Sorry Reed.I should also mention that Nat and Mere just got back from Paris, Prague, Krakow and Budapest. Right!? They hit all of my highlights! And their favorite? Krakow!! I told you guys it was rad. Also? Today they went and got tattoos to remember their trip by, and you can barely see Mere's peeking out from under her tank top on her shoulder. It's a beautiful arrow that you see on all the street signs in Budapest. I love these crazy, bohemian ladies.For your internet share of the day, since we're talking wine, I'm sending you over to this interesting wine bottle design that (you guessed it) involves the moon! It comes with a full moon, and you shade it in to the phase of the moon that was present when you drank the bottle and date it for memories. Nice eh?! I thought so.
